Buyer Reviews

I purchased my original Private Reserve Wine Cellar, Model CWC-1200, in November, 2007 via Amazon.com.
I was having persistent condensation challenges with the unit, so I returned it under warranty and received a new unit just a couple of weeks ago. Regrettably, I am getting the similar trouble with the new unit. The plastic tray at the bottom of the unit fills up with water inside a couple of days. I have the unit in an air conditioned room. I cannot think I am the only individual getting this trouble, although Cuisinart would have me believe that.

I also have to agree with the reviews above about critical condensation issues. I have no idea where the water is coming from as the temperature appears to be maintained decently, and the fridge is in the air conditioned space. The condensation got as poor as water leaking from the bottom of the fridge to the floor. The fan noise is also a lot louder than I expected, and I am very disappointed with this fridge. I do not suggest this product to everyone.
