This is my very first Haier product. I've had this for a couple weeks and it has been working wonderful. When you first turn the cold water switch on, it takes about ten-15 mins to get cold, but if you leave it on it really is cold all the time. Exact same with the hot water, it takes about 5 minutes or so to heat up.
One particular situation i've noticed (minus the 1 star) is that when you have both hot and cold water switches on, both the hot water and cold water compete for prepared access. This is not a significant deal, so I ordinarily just leave one particular switch on a time (typically cold since it gets the majority usage).
As far as heating and cooling good quality, when it is hot, it is SUPER hot. When it gets cold, it's cold adequate to condensate your glass, but not ice cold - nevertheless refreshing!
