I have owned this wine fridge for two years and have no complaints. Great wine fridge, keeps the whites just the temperature I like them. Cool LED light. I love that you can transform the temperature also. Happy w/ my obtain.

I ordered this item early in the season as a christmas gift. I received confirmation of my order, and then I also received confirmation that the product had shipped. Envision my surprise when at least a week later I received a message from the manufacturer telling me that they'd had a dilemma, and that the product hadn't shipped just after all, and that it wouldn't be out there until 12/26. Of course that would not operate as a cmas gift. I cancelled my order. It took really some time to get confirmation of my cancellation, and then even longer for Amazon to notify me that my acct had been credited. I was stunned to hear that I'd been charged at all for a thing that had under no circumstances even been shipped to me. I'm a big fan of Amazon, but I've learned to limit my shopping to those factors that Amazon ships straight. I've had poor experiences each and every other time. In the finish, I found a equivalent (far better ?) product locally.
