I followed the preparation directions to the letter and two days later I was acquiring complaints from co-workers that the flow was also slow and that, most importantly, it was leaking at a mild but constant rate...and not from the drains at the bottom of the unit but from the seams along the sides of the bottom, in particular if it were tilted (we do not normally tilt our water dispenser but I did tilt it and it definitely elevated in its pour rate). The unit would just sit there and leak at a slow but, again, constant and irritating rate. I wish that I had just not purchased it but I am glad that we have the old tall tower that this unit was to replace considering of its nice size.
Consider once more prior to you invest in this.
I received the order in about Oct 2007, it worked fine except it's a small slow in filling a glass. Last month (July 2009), it leaked water and made a large pool on my workplace floor which took about two hours to clean it away. I dare not acquire it once more.
